विनायक अगवल – कुंडलिनी जागरण का दिव्य स्तोत्र
विनायक अगवल तमिल साहित्य की सबसे महान भक्तिपूर्ण एवं योगमय रचनाओं में से एक है। इसकी रचना महान तमिल संत-कवयित्री अव्वैयार ने की थी, जो श्री गणेश (विनायक) की परम भक्त थीं।
परंपरा के अनुसार, अव्वैयार बचपन से ही ईश्वर-प्राप्ति की तीव्र साधिका थीं। जब उनके माता-पिता ने उनके विवाह की व्यवस्था करनी चाही, तब उन्होंने अत्यंत श्रद्धा से श्री गणेश से प्रार्थना की कि वे उन्हें सांसारिक बंधनों से मुक्त करें। उनकी निष्कपट भक्ति से प्रसन्न होकर श्री गणेश ने उनके युवा रूप को वृद्धा के रूप में परिवर्तित कर दिया, जिससे वे अपना संपूर्ण जीवन आध्यात्मिक साधना और मानव-सेवा को समर्पित कर सकें।
इसके पश्चात् अव्वैयार ने दक्षिण भारत के अनेक क्षेत्रों की यात्रा कर धर्म, भक्ति और सदाचार का संदेश फैलाया। उनकी गहन बुद्धिमत्ता और आध्यात्मिक ज्ञान से संगम काल के अनेक राजा अत्यंत प्रभावित हुए। कई अवसरों पर उनके विवेकपूर्ण उपदेशों ने युद्धरत राज्यों के बीच शांति स्थापित करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। उन्होंने बच्चों के लिए भी अनेक नैतिक एवं शिक्षाप्रद ग्रंथों की रचना की, जो आज भी उनके चरित्र-निर्माण में सहायक माने जाते हैं।
अपने आध्यात्मिक जीवन में अव्वैयार को अनेक बार भगवान शिव, आदि शक्ति, श्री गणेश और भगवान कार्तिकेय के दिव्य दर्शन प्राप्त हुए। इन्हीं दिव्य अनुभूतियों से प्रेरित होकर उन्होंने अनेक स्तोत्रों की रचना की, जो आज भी सत्य की खोज करने वाले साधकों के लिए प्रेरणा और मार्गदर्शन का स्रोत हैं।
विनायक अगवल की रचना का प्रसंग
एक प्रसिद्ध कथा के अनुसार, अव्वैयार को ज्ञात हुआ कि महान शिवभक्त सुन्दरर भगवान शिव के दिव्य धाम कैलाश की यात्रा पर निकल चुके हैं। उनके मन में भी कैलाश पहुँचने की तीव्र इच्छा जागी। इसी उत्साह में उन्होंने उस दिन श्री गणेश की दैनिक पूजा अत्यंत शीघ्रता से प्रारम्भ कर दी।
श्री गणेश उनके समक्ष प्रकट हुए और मुस्कुराते हुए पूछा कि आज वे इतनी जल्दी-जल्दी पूजा क्यों कर रही हैं। अव्वैयार ने उत्तर दिया कि वे सुन्दरर से पहले कैलाश पहुँचना चाहती हैं, इसलिए पूजा शीघ्र समाप्त कर रही हैं।
तब श्री गणेश ने उन्हें प्रेमपूर्वक समझाया कि पूजा कभी जल्दबाज़ी में नहीं करनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि वे पूर्ण श्रद्धा, एकाग्रता और समर्पण के साथ उनकी उपासना करेंगी, तो पूजा समाप्त होते ही वे स्वयं उन्हें सबसे पहले कैलाश पहुँचा देंगे।
अव्वैयार ने पूर्ण विश्वास और समर्पण के साथ श्री गणेश की आराधना की। पूजा पूर्ण होने पर श्री गणेश ने अपना वचन निभाया और उन्हें कैलाश पहुँचा दिया।
इस कथा का एक गहन आध्यात्मिक अर्थ भी है। यहाँ कैलाश बाहरी स्थान मात्र नहीं, बल्कि सहस्रार चक्र का प्रतीक है—वह सर्वोच्च आध्यात्मिक अवस्था जहाँ साधक का परमात्मा से मिलन होता है। आदि गुरु के रूप में श्री गणेश ने अव्वैयार की कुंडलिनी शक्ति का जागरण किया, उसे इड़ा, पिंगला और सुषुम्ना नाड़ियों तथा विभिन्न चक्रों से ऊपर ले जाकर सहस्रार में सदाशिव और आदि शक्ति से एकाकार करा दिया।
इस दिव्य कुंडलिनी योग के प्रत्यक्ष अनुभव के पश्चात् अव्वैयार ने विनायक अगवल की रचना की। इस अद्वितीय स्तोत्र में उन्होंने केवल श्री गणेश के दिव्य स्वरूप का ही वर्णन नहीं किया, बल्कि उन्हें उस करुणामयी माता और सद्गुरु के रूप में चित्रित किया है जो अज्ञान का नाश करते हैं, कर्मबंधन काटते हैं, कुंडलिनी का जागरण करते हैं, चक्रों और नाड़ियों का शुद्धीकरण करते हैं, आत्मसाक्षात्कार प्रदान करते हैं और साधक को परमात्मा से एकत्व की अवस्था तक पहुँचाते हैं।
इसी कारण विनायक अगवल केवल एक स्तुति या भक्ति-गीत नहीं, बल्कि आंतरिक आध्यात्मिक यात्रा का एक दिव्य मार्गदर्शक माना जाता है। यह भक्ति, योग और ज्ञान का अद्भुत समन्वय है तथा भारत की महानतम आध्यात्मिक धरोहरों में से एक के रूप में पूजनीय है।
Vinayaka Agaval – A Mystical Hymn of Inner Awakening
Vinayaka Agaval is one of the greatest devotional and yogic hymns in Tamil literature, composed by the revered saint-poet Avvaiyar. It is widely recited in temples and homes dedicated to Lord Ganesha (Vinayaka) throughout South India.
Unlike many hymns that simply praise the external form of the deity, the Vinayaka Agaval reveals Lord Ganesha as the Supreme Guru who awakens the Kundalini, purifies the seeker, and leads the soul toward Self-realization and liberation.
